4. Refunds & Cancellations Policy
4.1 Your Right to Cancel Before Work Begins
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14‑day right to cancel digital purchases.
However, this right does not apply once you request a personalised service to begin immediately.
By purchasing a reading, you:
Give explicit consent for Twilight Tarot to begin work right away
Acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once work has begun
This is a legal requirement for personalised digital services.
4.2 No Refunds After Work Has Started
Once I begin preparing your reading — including grounding, shuffling, selecting cards, and interpreting your spread — the service becomes:
“Digital content made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Because of this:
All sales are final once work has begun
Refunds are not available after this point
Completed readings are non‑refundable
This is due to the time, energy, and personalised nature of the service.
4.3 Clarification & Follow‑Up
If you need clarity on part of your reading, we're always happy to offer gentle guidance where appropriate. This may include a brief follow‑up message, but does not include:
Re‑drawing the cards or spread
Re‑reading the cards or spread
Creating a new reading for free
At the card reader’s discretion, an additional clarifying card may be drawn if it genuinely supports the original message of the spread.

Selecting a focus for your reading helps the cards speak more clearly, but it doesn’t need to feel complicated. You’re welcome to bring a specific question, a situation you’re navigating, or simply choose a theme that reflects the energy you want guidance on.
A question works well when you’re seeking clarity about something unfolding in your life.
A situation is ideal when you want to understand the bigger picture, the influences around you, or the path ahead.
A theme offers a softer, more intuitive approach — perfect when you’re unsure what to ask and want the cards to reveal what matters most.
Examples of themes include: General Insight; Love & Relationships; Career & Work; Family Dynamics; Friendships & Social Connections; Health & Wellbeing; Personal Growth & Self-Discovery; Life Direction & purpose; Spiritual Guidance & Alignment.
Whether your focus is love, purpose, self‑discovery, spiritual alignment, or general insight, your reading will be drawn with intention and shaped by the energy you bring to it. All you need to do is choose the direction that feels right for you.
