These Terms & Conditions govern all tarot readings and digital services provided by Twilight Tarot. By purchasing a reading, you agree to the following terms, which are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with UK consumer law.

1. Nature of the Service

All tarot readings offered by Twilight Tarot are:

• Personalised

• Intuitive

• Hand‑crafted

• Delivered digitally via PDF

Each reading is created uniquely for the individual client based on the information you provide at checkout.

2. Delivery of Readings

Readings are delivered via email as a PDF within the timeframe stated on the product page (typically within X days unless otherwise specified).

You are responsible for providing a correct and accessible email address.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the most accurate and aligned reading, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and relevant information

• Submit your question, theme, or intention clearly

• Communicate respectfully

• Understand that tarot is interpretive, not predictive

Twilight Tarot reserves the right to decline a reading if the request is inappropriate, harmful, or outside the scope of tarot guidance.

4. Refunds & Cancellations Policy

4.1 Your Right to Cancel Before Work Begins

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have a 14‑day right to cancel digital purchases.

However, this right does not apply once you request a personalised service to begin immediately.

By purchasing a reading, you:

• Give explicit consent for Twilight Tarot to begin work right away

• Acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once work has begun

This is a legal requirement for personalised digital services.

4.2 No Refunds After Work Has Started

Once I begin preparing your reading — including grounding, shuffling, selecting cards, and interpreting your spread — the service becomes:

“Digital content made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Because of this:

• All sales are final once work has begun

• Refunds are not available after this point

• Completed readings are non‑refundable

This is due to the time, energy, and personalised nature of the service.

4.3 Clarification & Follow‑Up

If you need clarity on part of your reading, we're always happy to offer gentle guidance where appropriate. This may include a brief follow‑up message, but does not include:

• Re‑drawing the cards or spread

• Re‑reading the cards or spread

• Creating a new reading for free

​At the card reader’s discretion, an additional clarifying card may be drawn if it genuinely supports the original message of the spread.

5. Disclaimer

Tarot readings are a form of spiritual and intuitive guidance. All readings are for personal insight and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for:
